Salary  – $50K

 

Our Not For Profit client in Burnaby is looking for a permanent administrative assistant.

Reporting to the Project Director you will be part of a 5-year research project that includes:

  • Assist with planning of focus group sessions, meetings, events and travel arrangements
  • Develop a file system and records
  • Create social media content for a new app to be used widely for the public
  • Support the project team in a variety of tasks, as needed.

Ideally you come with minimum 2 years of administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience.  You must have great communication skills, able to prioritize and plan.  It is an asset if you can create social media content and willingness to work well within a team environment.
