Salary  – $46K

 

Our growing public practice client on Vancouver Island is looking to add an Administrative Assistant.  Reporting into the partner, you will be responsible for:

– Answering and directing phone calls
– Greeting and assisting visitors
– Scheduling appointments
– Handling a variety of office tasks such as filing and generating reports
– Other duties as assigned.

Ideally you come with minimum of one year of administrative experience. You must have great communication skills, able to prioritize and plan.
