Finance Administrator Role in Vancouver Island – Hiring Now!

Position Title: Finance Administrator

Salary: $50K – $55K based on your experience

Location: Vancouver Island, BC

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Administrator to join the finance team. This role is essential in providing office administration, accounting, and finance support services while working closely with business partners.

Responsibilities
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices daily
  • Manage incoming mail and office courier requirements
  • Maintain office supplies, emergency kits, and services
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable invoices as required
  • Conduct new hire orientations and track office health and safety training records
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation
  • Provide vacation or backup relief for Finance and Payroll functions
  • Support Operations Management with expense management, travel arrangements, filing, and document processing
  • Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
