Our client in North Vancouver is looking for a receptionist to add to their team.
Reporting into the Corporate Controller you will be responsible for the following:
-answering and directing phone calls
-ordering office supplies
-organizing invoices, reports and other documents
-maintaining the office and other areas
-various other administrative tasks assigned by the Controller
Ideally you have some relevant administrative experience in a similar position. You must also have strong skills in excel and MS office suite, and basic accounting knowledge.
