Salary – $80K to $90K

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter because of growth. This will start as an in-office role and can eventually move to a hybrid role in Vancouver. This role will require some travel to attend tradeshows across Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Recruiter with a strong understanding of Canadian Employment Laws and Regulations. You will be responsible for the following:
– Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to fill job vacancies with qualified candidates.
– Conduct job analysis to determine specific job requirements and develop job descriptions and organizational fit.
– Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
– Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on job requirements and fit.
– Provide application updates and notify applicants of the results of the selection process.
– Prepare employment contracts and job offers.
– Coordinate with hiring managers about future hiring needs and develop a proactive plan.
– Develop and maintain a network of contacts
– Provide advice and coaching on selection strategies

Ideally you have a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Resources, Business, or Commerce. You also have a proven success record of successful candidate placements.
