Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking for your next opportunity? My client, a global leader in professional services, is hiring six Talent Acquisition specialists for 6-month contract roles. These positions require candidates to be based in Toronto, with a hybrid model that includes at least one in-office day per month.

Talent Acquisition Coordinators (Analyst Level)
Talent Acquisition Specialists (Specialist Level)

Key Responsibilities:
For Coordinators (Analyst Level):
- Support recruitment operations – scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and tracking applications
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Conduct initial screenings and candidate assessments
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through professional communication
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, including reporting and event coordination
For Specialists (Specialist Level):
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
- Leverage sourcing tools to identify top-tier, diverse talent
- Manage candidates through the full selection process
- Deliver strong stakeholder management and provide strategic hiring insights
What We’re Looking For:
1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to diversity and inclusion – Indigenous recruitment experience is a plus for some roles
Important: Candidates must be located in Toronto, ON and available for one in-office day per month
