About the Role
Join a proactive fraud prevention team focused on safeguarding financial operations. This hybrid Vancouver-based role blends investigation, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Investigate suspicious transactions and fraud alerts
- Manage indemnity processing and fraud case intake
- Reconcile deposits and validate client histories
- Support EFT recalls and audit documentation
- Respond to law enforcement and government data requests
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in fraud analysis or financial investigations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Knowledge of fraud prevention, adjudication, and recovery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
