WHO WE ARE
Tina Burke has worked as an accountant at the highest level in retail, banking and the service industry for over 10 years.
Since 1996 she has worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in finance and accounting.
In 2001 she started her own successful boutique Vancouver based recruitment company.
Tina has guided many careers in areas such as Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Credit and Collections, Accounts Payable and Treasury.
A sample of the candidates that have been successfully placed by Tina are, CFO, VP, Finance, Director of Finance, Corporate Controller, Tax Manager, Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, Credit Manager, Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, Payroll Manager, Payroll Specialist and Executive and Administrative Assistants. In 2005 Tina Burke was recognized by the Business in Vancouver Top 40 under 40. An achievement she is extremely proud of.
Lynn Duncan has worked as a Human Resources Manager, Director and Divisional Manager for several high-profile companies in the service sector. In addition to her expertise in training, instructional design, compensation, project management and organizational development, she has over 25 years of recruiting experience in corporate and agency environments.
Lynn has a particular expertise in property management but has successfully managed a wide variety of assignments ranging from high volume projects to confidential executive search.
Surinder’s expertise is in recruiting, building relationships and coaching and training to grow leadership. Surinder has been involved in mentoring and growing teams with success. She has been successful in change management, job relocation services and transitioning to new systems. Surinder Kaila has worked as an Accounting Clerk, Paymaster, Employee Relations, and as a Human Resources Generalist in manufacturing for 17 years. In addition, she has experience as a District Sales Manager in sales for 8 years. Surinder has achieved a Bachelor of General Studies in Liberal and Business Studies from Simon Fraser University, completed a Diploma in Human Resources in 2019 and has her CPHR.
Edna holds a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University in Montréal as well as certification as a business coach.
She has experience as an Account Manager for 9 years and has worked for over 12 years sourcing, recruiting and managing talent for 2 large organizations.
Her specialty is getting results by networking, connecting and coaching people to achieve their goals.
