The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing organization with extensive operations spanning across North America. They are currently seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Auditor to join their internal audit team and support comprehensive financial, operational, and business process audits across multiple entities within the organization.

This role is ideally suited for someone in the early stages of their audit career who is eager to gain meaningful exposure that extends beyond traditional public practice. What You’ll Be Doing

Join our client’s internal audit team as a Junior Corporate Auditor in Richmond, BC
  • Support financial and operational audits across Canadian and US operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards
  • Assist with audit planning, risk assessments, testing procedures, and comprehensive documentation
  • Participate in interviews with process owners and assist with the preparation of audit reports
  • Identify control gaps and support the development of practical recommendations for improvement
  • Assist with audits of newly acquired businesses and support integration and onboarding activities
  • Support internal control documentation and assist with policy updates to ensure they remain current
  • Participate in inventory counts (spot checks), operational reviews, and special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, and external auditors to support organizational objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or assurance services
  • CPA designation in progress or intention to pursue CPA
  • Foundational understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Comfortable travelling across Canada and the US (up to approximately 40%)
