Job Title: Senior Accountant

Salary: $70K–$100K
We’re looking for a detail-driven, tech-curious Senior Accountant who’s passionate about clean books, smart systems, and strategic finance. In this role, you’ll support multiple growing companies by leading month-end close, mentoring junior team members, and improving accounting processes. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love exploring how automation and AI can elevate finance, this is a chance to make a real impact—while growing into a future Controller.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end close and prepare GAAP financial statements
- Manage payroll, compliance filings, and full-cycle accounting tasks
- Mentor junior accountants and uphold quality across deliverables
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate finance workflows
What We’re Looking For
- CPA designation required
- Solid experience in full-cycle accounting and working papers
- Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Xero, QBO) and Excel
- Familiarity with Canadian tax compliance; US exposure is a plus
