An Accountant with unique Indigenous community experience, working across both large and small band environments. Holds an MBA in Finance and is progressing toward CPA. Strong in full-cycle accounting, payroll, and working within complex funding and governance structures. Brings maturity, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Experienced in full-cycle bookkeeping: AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Adagio, Paydirt, Dext
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization using Power BI and advanced Excel
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit support
- Excellent communication, training, and cross-departmental collaboration skills
