Key Skills & Qualifications:
- CPA Designation (Israel) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Accounting
- 7+ years of progressive financial experience, including 3 years in leadership/managerial roles
- Extensive background in external audit & assurance (EY) and hands-on financial controllership
- Expertise in SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and implementing robust internal control frameworks
- Proficient in full-cycle accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting (GAAP/IFRS), and tax compliance
- Skilled in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed budget-to-actual variance analysis
- Strong experience in cash flow management, revenue recognition, and intercompany reconciliations
- Proven team leader with experience supervising and mentoring staff (teams of 4-9)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software like Priority
