- Experienced in document control systems: ACONEX+, ORACLE, ProjectWise, View Point
- Strong administrative, customer service, and multi-tasking abilities
- Certified Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and TEFL certification
- Background in teaching support, branch management, and banking
