This professional specializes in financial stabilization, cash flow visibility, audit readiness, governance, and turnaround situations. Calm, decisive, and hands-on, they are often engaged during transitions, restructurings, or leadership gaps.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- CPA-CGA (Canada), FCCA (UK), and MBA credentials
- 30+ years of progressive financial leadership experience across private, public (TSX-listed), and Fortune 500 environments
- Expert in fractional/interim CFO/Controller roles, specializing in financial stabilization, turnaround, and periods of transition
- Proven ability to rebuild month-end close discipline, restore reporting accuracy, and implement practical governance and internal controls
- Strong focus on cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and providing strategic advisory to owners and CEOs
- Extensive experience with audit coordination, financial reporting (IFRS), MD&A preparation, and SOX compliance
- Skilled in systems and process optimization, including ERP migrations (e.g., Sage to NetSuite) and payroll implementations (ADP)
- Experienced in M&A support, integration, and post-transaction financial management
