Salary Range: $135K-$165K
Location: Fraser Valley, BC
A Controller/Director of Finance working with a CPA and a US CPA and enjoys working with a team. Excellent results in improvement programs including KPIs and cost saving projects. Ideally looking for work in Fraser Valley but open to Lower Mainland as long as there is a hybrid work model.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- CPA (Canada) and US CPA (New Hampshire) designations
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Loyola University Chicago
- 15+ years of senior financial leadership experience across private education, reforestation, mining, non-profit, and financial services
- Proven expertise in financial reporting under multiple standards: ASPE, IFRS, ASNPO/PSAS, and JGAAP
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow management, and internal control implementation
- Experienced in leading full-cycle accounting, consolidations, audit coordination, and tax compliance for multi-entity, multi-national organizations
- Skilled in accounting system implementations and proficient with Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), QuickBooks, Power BI, and CaseWare
- Trilingual professional with excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and negotiation skills
