- CPHR candidate with 8+ years in HR coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and compliance
- Experienced in HRIS platforms: ADP and SAP for data management and reporting
- Skilled in benefits administration, policy compliance, and employee lifecycle support
- Proficient in HR documentation, records management, and confidential employee relations
- Fluent in English and Spanish; strong cross-cultural communication skills
