Brings extensive expertise in complex multi-jurisdictional, multi-currency consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, technical accounting research, regulatory filings (MD&A, AIF, ESTMA), and SOX/ICFR compliance. Proven track record leading full-cycle accounting, external audits, and financial reporting for complex organizations across natural resources, mining, technology, and emerging industries. Open to senior finance leadership opportunities seeking ~$150K.

- Complex financial reporting: multi-jurisdictional, multi-currency consolidations under IFRS and US GAAP
