Job Title: Finance Project Manager (12‑Month Contract)

Overview of the Role
This role leads the deployment of Concur across multiple operational departments, ensuring seamless integration with existing accounting systems and processes. Working closely with the Assistant Controller, the Finance Project Manager will design approval workflows, configure system settings, and translate financial requirements into effective technical solutions. Success in this role requires strong project management capability, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes, internal controls, and documentation standards. This is an opportunity for a CPA to drive a high‑impact project within a supportive, purpose‑driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of Concur across operational departments, ensuring alignment with financial and system requirements.
- Develop and configure approval workflows, system rules, and process documentation.
- Collaborate closely with the Assistant Controller to integrate accounting needs into system design.
- Drive project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure successful delivery of each phase.
- Provide training, support, and communication to stakeholders to ensure adoption and compliance.
Qualifications
- CPA designation required, with strong knowledge of financial processes and internal controls.
- Proven project management experience, ideally involving financial systems or AP automation tools.
- Experience with accounting system configuration, workflow design, or management information systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong documentation abilities and comfort working in a fast‑paced, milestone‑driven environment.
