This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys property accounting, financial reporting, deadlines, team coordination, and bringing structure to a busy accounting function. The company manages a portfolio of commercial and residential properties and is looking for someone who can help keep month-end reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, compliance deadlines, and team workflow on track. This is not a remote role. The position is primarily office-based in North Vancouver, so this will be best suited to someone already on the North Shore or genuinely comfortable commuting to North Vancouver. The Role The Accounting Manager will help oversee the property accounting function and work closely with the Director of Finance, property managers, and accounting staff. This is a great opportunity for a developing accountant or CPA student who wants to build strong project accounting, billing, systems, and broader accounting experience within a stable, professional, and supportive environment. This is not a heavy construction-style project accounting role. The work is more focused on project setup, project billing, invoicing, AR, billing milestones, project documentation, systems, and working closely with project leaders and the finance team.
