- Designated CPA with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a strong foundation from KPMG in audit and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience, currently managing a team of 7 and guiding staff through their CPA designation.
- Expert in full-cycle accounting and IFRS-compliant financial reporting for a publicly-traded company, with responsibility for multiple dealerships.
- A record of driving significant process improvements, cutting month-end close time by 40% and enabling a team to handle the workload of two dealerships.
- Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and regulatory filings (GST, PST, WCB).
- A natural leader and team player.
