- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Canada (2025)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), IIA USA (2018)
- Chartered Accountant (CA), ICAI India (2009)
- Master of Commerce, University of Madras, India (2013)
- 14+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, risk management, and compliance
- Expertise in SOX/ICFR compliance, risk-based audit planning, and control testing
- Proven ability to lead financial, regulatory, and operational audits from planning to reporting
- Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement
- Proficient with audit and analytics tools: SAP, ACL, SQL, Hyperion, Workiva, and MS Office Suite
- Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and clear communication skills
