Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 20 years of experience in senior finance roles, including Plant Controller, Financial Controller, and Manager of Financial Accounting.
- Designated CPA, CGA and holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting & Marketing) from SFU.
- Core expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes and leading successful audit preparations.
- Exceptional people skills with extensive experience in managing, mentoring, and developing accounting teams.
- Open to any industry and will commute anywhere in the Lower Mainland.
