Confidential Search | Accounting Manager – Property Management

I am working with a well-established property management company in North Vancouver that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their finance team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys property accounting, financial reporting, team leadership, and working closely with operations.
In this role, you will oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, review monthly and annual financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, oversee CAM reconciliations and operating cost recoveries, and provide guidance to accounting staff.
This role would suit someone who has:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Property management, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring accounting staff
- Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skills
- Good Excel skills and experience with property management/accounting systems
- CPA designation preferred, or strong CPA-level experience
