About the Role
We’re supporting a growing, publicly traded company in the consumer goods sector with revenues of $20M+ and a team of 35 employees. With a controller and senior accountant already in place, the company is seeking a hands-on CFO to partner with the CEO and lead the finance function.
What You’ll Do:
This role will focus on financial reporting, compliance, inventory management, costing, pricing, and process improvements, while also supporting strategic decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will be a CPA-designated leader who thrives in a smaller-company environment, can think on their feet, communicate effectively, and take initiative.
