Overview

This is a full‑time, in‑office role with a well‑established Canadian organization in the residential construction and risk‑management sector. You’ll be part of a specialized team that supports homeowners, builders, and internal stakeholders by assessing warranty‑related claims, coordinating investigations, and ensuring timely, accurate resolution. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical review, client interaction, and problem‑solving within a structured, compliance‑driven environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Investigating warranty‑related claims to determine coverage, identify defects, and assess potential liabilities
  • Acting as a liaison between homeowners, strata representatives, builders, and developers to support fair and efficient resolution
  • Reviewing technical documentation such as engineering reports, assessments, and contractor estimates
  • Coordinating third‑party professionals involved in inspections, repairs, and coverage evaluations
  • Managing claim files with organized, timely, and accurate documentation while supporting internal risk‑management practices

Qualifications

  • Experience handling property or warranty claims within insurance, construction, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; additional languages are an asset
