    Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Payroll Specialist) (Permanent Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)

    Compensation: $25 to $27/hour

    A well-established company in North Vancouver is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across multiple provinces using Payworks.     Key Responsibilities

    • Process bi-weekly payroll using Payworks for employees across Canada
    • Manage timesheets, track hours, and ensure accurate payroll delivery
    • Administer benefits and deductions
    • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation
    • Collaborate with HR and Finance for reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
    • Respond to payroll-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism

    What We’re Looking For

    Payroll Administrator processing employee payroll in an office

    • 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience
    • Proficiency in Payworks is ideal
    • Experience with multi-provincial payroll is ideal
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
    • PCP certification is an asset but not mandatory
    • Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative office environment

    Role Details

    • 3 days per week to start, with potential to increase
