Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Payroll Specialist) (Permanent Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)

Compensation: $25 to $27/hour
About the Role
A well-established company in North Vancouver is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across multiple provinces using Payworks. Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using Payworks for employees across Canada
- Manage timesheets, track hours, and ensure accurate payroll delivery
- Administer benefits and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation
- Collaborate with HR and Finance for reporting, reconciliations, and audit support
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries with clarity and professionalism
What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience
- Proficiency in Payworks is ideal
- Experience with multi-provincial payroll is ideal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- PCP certification is an asset but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a small, collaborative office environment
