What You’ll Do as a Procurement Manager :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost savings
• Lead vendor management, negotiations, and contract oversight to secure high-quality and ethical sourcing
• Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, ensuring smooth purchasing processes
• Oversee inventory and supply chain logistics for timely delivery
• Work closely with cross-departmental teams to assess procurement needs and optimize processes
• Implement and manage NetSuite ERP procurement functions for improved efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or vendor relations
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor evaluation skills
• Experience in non-profits, grant-funded procurement, or donor compliance is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
