Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Vancouver, BC
Salary Range: $75,000 per year
About the Role
A well-established not-for-profit organization is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their Finance/IT team. If you enjoy full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and contributing to meaningful programs, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Manage month-end close, budgeting, and variance analysis
Prepare financials, support audits, and analyze program revenue
Reconcile CRM to ERP (Navision) and handle GST/HST filings
Assist with payroll and treasury tasks as needed
Collaborate across teams on reporting and compliance
What You Bring:
4+ years of accounting experience (CPA or in progress a plus)
Strong Excel and ERP system skills (Navision or similar)
Excellent communicator with analytical thinking
Experience in not-for-profit or program-based work is a bonus

$75K–$85K salary
