About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle accounting, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain and analyze financial statements, inventory, and job costing.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Oversee project cost tracking, liaising with operations and project managers.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Work with Sage and Excel to manage financial data and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CPA designation (or CPA candidate in final stages preferred).
• 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally within the construction industry.
• Strong experience with Sage 300 (or similar ERP) and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with various departments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
