About the Opportunity
My client, a growing Value Creation practice within a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Manager to support operational and financial performance improvement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of clients.
This is a hands-on role working directly with leadership teams to drive measurable business outcomes – not just recommendations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support value creation initiatives across client engagements
- Analyze and improve operational and financial performance
- Build and refine financial and operational models
- Participate in M&A-related projects, including performance improvement planning
- Work directly on-site with clients to implement solutions
- Support operational due diligence processes where applicable
- Translate complex data into actionable business strategies
What They’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, transaction advisory, or industry roles with a strong operational focus
- Experience in performance improvement, restructuring, or transformation initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Exposure to M&A environments is highly desirable
- Operational due diligence experience is a strong asset
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, client-facing role
