Position: Strategic Finance Consultant (Part-Time)
Location: North Vancouver
Type: Part-Time, 3–4 days/week (with potential to grow)
Salary: $75/hour
A growing real estate investment and property management firm is looking for a CPA-level finance leader to support the President and Controller with high-level planning, systems improvements, and team mentorship—while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline financial systems and reporting
Provide governance, planning, and forecasting support
Mentor and coach the finance team
Assist with reconciliations and clean-up work as needed
Ideal Candidate:
CPA with 10+ years of experience
Background in real estate, property management, or construction
Strong strategic mindset with a practical, team-oriented approach
Experienced in system/process improvement
This is a part-time role with flexibility and room to grow into full-time. Compensation is approx. $75/hour or $150K FTE.
