Skilled in high-volume transactional processing, multi-system workflows, and compliance-driven reporting, with a solid foundation in tax remittances and audit support. Currently pursuing CPA designation and well suited for industry roles requiring accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage complex, fast-paced accounting operations. Target compensation: $55K.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on accounting experience across construction, retail, public accounting, and real estate sectors
- Full-cycle AP/AR: processed 400+ vendor invoices monthly, customer billings, deposits, and weekly payment runs
- Reconciliation expertise: bank accounts, corporate credit cards, expense reports (100+ transactions/month), P&L, and balance sheet accounts
- Month-end close support: journal entries, account reconciliations, variance investigation, and discrepancy resolution
- Tax compliance: prepared and remitted 40+ monthly, 400+ quarterly, and 20+ annual tax/statutory payments across multiple jurisdictions
- Journal entry processing: 400+ entries monthly supporting accruals, adjustments, and period-end reporting
