Key Skills & Qualifications:
- CPA PEP Candidate with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Post-Bachelor Accounting Diploma.
- Proven experience as a Finance Team Lead, overseeing full-cycle accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting for multiple divisions.
- Skilled in financial analysis, internal controls, revenue recognition, and audit liaison.
- Proficient in accounting software including SAP B1, AS400, Yardi, and advanced Excel.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience in US and Canadian sales tax filings and intercompany reconciliations.
- A proactive leader focused on process improvement, open to roles in various industries across the Lower Mainland.
