Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator
Location: Fraser Valley, BC
Salary: $90,000
Onsite Role
Our well-established client in the Fraser Valley is looking to add a Senior Payroll Administrator to their team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will be responsible for payroll and benefits administration across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for union and non-union employees
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare payroll filings and documentation including WCB, EHT, and ROEs
• Manage quarter-end and year-end payroll tasks, including T4s and remittances
• Maintain employee payroll records including garnishments, union dues, and deductions
• Reconcile and maintain vacation accruals and payments
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries
• Conduct payroll audits and reviews
• Adjust benefits deductions in coordination with HR
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and HRIS issues
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of payroll experience
• PCP designation required; CPM or working toward is an asset
• Experience processing union payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience with Dayforce is an asset
• Experience in a multi-entity environment is an asset
