Job Title: Canadian Tax Manager
Location: North Vancouver, B.C. (Office, Remote, or Hybrid)

Compensation: $60,000 + Partner Compensation Package

A well-established boutique tax firm in North Vancouver specializing in cross-border taxation is seeking a Canadian Tax Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a committed professional to take on a leadership role and transition into partnership within a thriving practice.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare Canadian financials, T1, T2, and related tax filings
- Manage cross-border tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
- Advise U.S. citizens in Canada, U.S. residents working in Canada, and Canadians investing in the U.S.
- Handle foreign tax credit calculations and international tax treaty issues
- Lead client engagements, planning, budgeting, and billing
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to firm development
- Support business development and community networking
What You Bring:
- Canadian CPA/CA designation (required)
- 4–5 years in public accounting or tax consulting
- Solid experience with Canadian and U.S. tax compliance
- Strong knowledge of cross-border taxation and foreign tax credits
- Master’s in U.S. Taxation or Law (completed or in progress) is an asset
- Leadership and client relationship management skills
Compensation & Perks:
- $60,000 base salary
- Path to Partnership with compensation package

- Paid CPA license and continuing education
