Job Title: Mortgage Broker Administrator
Location: Abbotsford, B.C.
Job Type: Part Time
Salary: $60,000 based on full time hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Mortgage Broker Administrator
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Broker Administrator to join our team on a part time role that has a great combination of mortgage expertise with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with mortgage applications, documentation, and client communication
- Assist with Investors files within Trust Companies and onboarding
- Accurately enter and manage client data using relevant mortgage software
- Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, CRM updates, and email management
Qualifications:
- Valid Mortgage Broker License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage or financial services industry
- Experience working with an EMD and Trust Companies
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
