This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who knows Canadian public-company securities work and wants more autonomy, direct client exposure and interesting, sophisticated files.
We’d love to speak with you if you have experience with:
– TSXV and/or CSE
– SEDAR+ and SEDI
– Continuous disclosure and Canadian securities requirements
– Private placements and financings
– Corporate governance and public-company records
– Managing client files independently.
You might currently be a Senior Securities Paralegal, Corporate Securities Paralegal, Corporate Secretary, Corporate Secretary Consultant or working in a similar public-company securities role.
