Accountant Job in Vancouver
Job Title: Accountant
Salary: $70K (depending on experience)
Location: Vancouver
About the Role
Our private real estate company managing a portfolio of office and retail properties across the Lower Mainland, looking for a seasoned Accountant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role (40 hrs/week) working directly with Property Managers and reporting to the CFO.
What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle accounting up to financial statements
- Accounts Payable & Receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll postings
- Month-end & year-end reporting, working with external auditors
- Prepare budgets, CAM reconciliations, and financial analysis
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in Sage 50 (Desktop) and strong Excel (Pivot Tables)
- Solid accounting knowledge, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
