    Location: Port Coquitlam, BC
    Salary: $45K – $47K per year
    Type: 16-Month Maternity Leave Contract (High Potential to Go Permanent)


    My client, a well-established, award winning company, is looking for a personable, detail-oriented Contracts & Billing Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone early in their career with strong Excel skills and a background in customer service.

    What They’re Looking For:

    • Excellent communication skills (you’ll liaise with clients, sales, and dispatch)
    • A professional, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
    • Ability to spot and upsell warranties or service options
    • Comfort working in Excel (NetSuite experience is a plus)
    • Experience in retail customer service or administrative roles is an asset
